I don't think Helius is looking at suggestions, at least not any more than he was before, he's just using it as a way of deflecting criticism. Making the game less grindy was meant to be a large part of phase 2

Instead of the above he made it more grindy and the only reason he's reversing a tiny, and I really do mean tiny, bit now is because he needs to try and put on a PR show as the game started getting bad press and Patreon subs flatlined.

The depressing part is going to be if this little PR push actually works. That seems to be Helius' MO down to a T. He'll implement the low hanging fruit, like putting VR back in an animation viewer UE project, but he'll drag it out and in 12 months time this project will be in largely the same position it is now maybe with a VR version of Harem mode tacked on. Then he'll do a UE5 "rebuild" and you're back at square one and all the while he's raking in ~$100k a month via Patreon.

It really is quite disappointing that nearly a decade on this mess continues to take in quite a lot of money that could be going toward real developers working on real projects that are actually going somewhere.

Yep, addressing the grind was something Helius said he was going to do during 2022, but nothing significant happened. As with all things concerning Fallen Doll, you can't take Helius' word at face value. He very rarely delivers so I'm not actually expecting UE5 or VR anytime soon. It'll be interesting at least to see how things turn out.

I've been watching this project for over a year now with absolutely no major updates that matter in anyway shape or form.
Not only that, but if a high paying customer is wondering wtf is going on, they immediately shut them down and remove their posts.. Which I've seen myself.

I usually don't get pissed off, but when I realized they made that much monthly... There's no way I can look at them as nothing less than scumbags

To be fair this game has likely had tens of thousands of unique Patreon subscribers over the years, it is inevitable that some small percentage will be fans especially when a lot of new users come to the project without any knowledge of its rather long and hilarious history. For them this is the first rebuild or the first time Helius has promised [x].

Also wasn't that last part BobKilan? He's the only user on my ignore list so pretty sure it was him, unless multiple people have made the same arguments.

I don't agree with the indie Dev route, there's probably some guys out there who could spin a much better product with the millions Helius has had over the years. That kind of time and money, I'd expect someone to releasing a v1 and being THE porn game every is talking about (for positive reasons).

I forget the team's name, but you just have to look at the Dev team on Third Crisis, transitioned from making a okay 2D game to outputting a 3D game alongside their original product, and I bet they've not shat up communication or have as much money as Helius does.

I'm willing to bet the current situation at team PH is this, original Dev/Artist(s) who did most of the work has fucked off, asked for more money or realised they're worth more than what they were earning.

New people brought in for cheaper price or it's reverted to Helius doing this shit himself. Hence 14+ months of broken slow updates.

But I would say that's assuming no malice but the shit communication to the people paying you all this money is a joke.

I feel bad for the people who play the demo, then jump through their silly system to get a beta key and realised they've been ass fucked. No remorse for those funneling him money month after month however.

Fair enough, however Coolguy has been around for way too long to be given that recently discovered leeway. I'm also not entirely unconvinced that Cool bro and Bobby boi aren't the same person. The level of cope and blatant antagonism that these two show can't possibly be shown by two different individuals unless...

Denuvo was implemented after 0.4.9, so no crack is out.
I think someone posted a google drive link with the game files, but it would be pointless unless you have a serial or could crack it.
