I mean the more likely scenario is that this game eventually releases in a few years when Helius can't drag it on any longer, gets a really bad reception and dies after Helius kills the servers.
In terms of the above though if it does get cracked, which it probably won't because it simply isn't worth it, then it will likely come with cheats. Everything is server-side so you'd need to replicate that server functionality somehow. That's a lot of work (on top of removing Denuvo no less) and once it's gone there wouldn't really be any reason to keep all the slow grind monetization nonsense in a cracked version.

The post stays at the version it can provide. The new versions have not been cracked so they cannot be shared. If you're wondering why they have not been cracked, it's because there's hardly anything new worth cracking for.

If their developers aren't completely braindead, a cheat to unlock everything should be impossible.
Classic multiplayer game cheats are only possible because of optimisations or idiocy. Take aimbots for example, these are possible because the hitscan of a bullet is done client side on the player's PC in most video games, to save bandwidth or server resources. A purchase isn't done on a player's PC EVER (again, unless the engineers are morons).

I agree with you, however their track record isn't that great for starters and secondly all of the assets are supposedly in the game already, client-side (considering the first point I doubt they can implement game asset streaming and still have it run). If you ignore the multiplayer aspect a cheat or crack could potentially be made to bypass the server-side check, unless they add some sort of encryption on assets where the key is offered by the server. Ofc considering the first point this would just make it run even worse, as it did when some industry giants tried it.
You know what would be really outlandish though? If they'd stop this nickel-and-dime bullshit and make a proper fucking game, or even a proper sex scene viewer, or anything that's proper (which this isn't atm). Just add more scenes, outfits and characters to the gallery as it was on the 0.34 version and I'll happily spend my money on it, as I did on other games I tried and tested on this website. I get that they want money, but most people want something of value for their money, unless they will rename it to Fallen Charity: Operation Donation, but I doubt lining their pockets is a worthy cause.
0.4.9 is the only "public"(cracked) release. Everything else isn't cracked yet.

If you could share that, I'd love to take a peak in the file structure and see if it's possible to create an addon .pak to patch in the new files etc.

here you goI wish I had read more about the game, my horny ass went and paid on patreon to access the latest beta build. The game and the content itself is good, but they've made it so grindy to access the content I can't recommend it at all. It's basically a animation viewer with multiplayer lobbies which is cool I suppose, but to unlock outfits and more content you have to spend hours just farming away. Feels less like jerking off and more like chores in a free to play game
is there any way to unlock all poses, or to unlock them quickly?

You need a serial, and load it through steam.
Denuvo needs to be broken(not going to happen, unless dev implemented wrong).
Then someone needs to block the server access, mimic the server or remove it and rebuild it.
THEN you add cracks to the game, like no gotcha mechanics.
Or extremely basic ones so it doesn't take days but minutes.
And none of that can happen at the moment.
The game would need A LOT more assets before anyone would publish their crack or even start their work.
Since the second they published the crack, it would more than likely be patched.
The game needs HUGE improvements and way more assets before you'll see anything cracked on this site.
Mind you, there is no game yet(7 years in).
At the moment it's a forced online only, forced multiplayer, sex simulator with gotcha mechanics for new assets.
With Zero Story(0.01% written ui non sex scene dialogue,99.99% audio moan).
4 characters, with 40 positions each(?), and I think 4 outfits per character(non transferable atm)(1 character, 80% of all positions, and 60% of all clothing: has to be grind out with daily mission and card packs, for hours/days).
There is no story line(yet?).
This is basically a HIGHLY modded HS2 without dialogue and corruption mechanics with added gotcha mechanic penalties.
AND THEY ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT TAKING TIME OUT (IN THE FUTURE) TO UPDATE TO UE5.
Something we were told was supposed to happen with the last hiatus, when they really were adding gotcha.
But I digressed hard there,
I feel like the vitriol people feel about this game will cause someone to make a crack eventually.
Either when the game is finished or when the dev gives up(with this version like he did with the last game) and denuvo isn't active.
It's just too pretty of a game and the devs treated everyone so poorly for it to not be cracked.

Dead Island 2 ,with latest Denuvo, was broken by Empress, just 2 months after release.
About the server part, Diablo IV also broken with online server emulation (but not all content), like Diablo III.
Here is the problem, there is no game to crack, just bunch of galleries.

Both of those are/were highly requested and popular games - and not whatever this clown show is.
Nobody is going to bother cracking a niche porn game with almost no content and a minuscule userbase, not unless someone with cash to burn makes them an offer they won't refuse.
As it is, what's likely to happen is that Helius keeps doing the bare minimum for as long as he deems the Patreon donations to be worth it, and when the sub numbers drop below whatever threshold he has, he'll just kill the project and restart it again under a different name, like he has done already.
Just by updating their version; it will be milking time again with bunch of tech demos, system mumbo jumbo, new characters and other whatnots. It seems that I will be having a grand child before this crap is completed. And another thing; if the game is truly worth to be cracked; then it will be cracked. It is just not worth to crack with just a just a little addition and plus the fact that this so called game will be reencoded to be in UE 5 if delaying it is profitable but as the earlier comment; there is a high chance that the project will be killed just to make a new cash cow out of a new overhyped, over promised niche porn game.
