Though sadly said uploaded content ISN'T free, especially for the very good high end ones last I checked.
Drama and dumb comments aside... At this point I'd pay someone to deliver a cracked, KiritoMod-ed latest version to this thread...
I was such a massive thorn in the Dev's side about the gacha-ridden, grind-focused direction in their Discord server that I got banned from it. They can't take criticism and it's clear they don't take their users'/customers' input seriously... Just found this thread and after playing the cracked and modded version currently uploaded here...it was like a breath of fresh air having everything unlocked and being able to simply enjoy the content without any of the bullshit and hassle...
If I knew what I were doing I'd happily get the current version and crack/mod it for all to enjoy but alas...I have no idea what I'm doing in that area

I have the game's current version/beta on Steam. Again, I'm completely inexperienced to the cracking scene, but I saw someone asking about getting the AES key for the game. I'll see if that's something I can help with, if that helps push things along.
It is protected like a fortress for a reason. New characters, all the remaining ones unfinished. If you do the math of operators and their animations that would be a hell of a number of combinations. --> Raining money.
I've been following the game since essentially conception, years ago now. It was never meant to be this way, it's pure greed that's driven this "new direction". Any chance I can get to help stick a knife in their sides by helping/encouraging the cracking and modding of the game is one I'll take.
Yes, they "were" planning a promising story line, combat system etc. But why should they, huge base of subscribers, easy work, same outcome. Animo is walking the same path.

It is not a game at all, rather a sandbox where you can place and play animations.
Very high quality animations and models (in latest versions, 2 out of the 3 models in the build uploaded here look...off). Other than that...no real "game"...

I used that exact GitHub link! Steamless would not run on the "Shipping.exe", and after taking a look around on Google, I've gathered that's because it's not DRM protected(?). So I ran the AES Key Finder from GHFear on the "Shipping.exe" that comes straight from Steam and the file I linked above is all of the keys it gave me.
I'm completely and wholly new to this, so I have no way to validate any/all of those keys, and if they aren't the right ones, I have no idea what I did wrong...

Yeah I kinda edited my whole post to remove that content since I actually don't want to piss people off and fight on here. I wrote the initial comment as a joke, and it seems the guy couldn't take it and called me out for it lol.
And yeah, there is DRM on the game, it's called Denuvo. The shipping exe is located within the subdirectory, not the main folder from Steam, so that's why it'll not run correctly.
Also the AES dumper, sometimes hallucinates and shits out random numbers unrelated to what you need, but I do believe the first one or second is the correct one. But it depends on which version of the game you're attempting to find the AES key for, since each iteration of the game typically has a new identifier.

Ah I see, so it does use Denuvo...yuck... I did indeed use the "Shipping.exe" from the correct directory, not the "launcher" .exe within the main file. I can tell the dumper hallucinated a lot. It gave me a lot of keys with the downloaded version of the Finder, but the web Finder did give me just one (pictured below). I don't know what anyone can do with this other than export the models, mod something, etc.
With Denuvo in the mix...that's a whole new level that's *well* above my head... All I know about Denuvo is the awful performance and awful "crackability" it provides to a game... Hopefully someone comes along on this thread and can give the latest version the "proper treatment" (crack + KritioMod)...
