Because they can't. Helius bans any users giving negative feedback and as such he essentially controls how potential new users perceive his game unless they find articles about it elsewhere, which they aren't likely to as very few places cover adult games let alone in depth.Holly moly!

Patreon simply doesn't have a review system which lets creators do what they want and Steam is the same so long as the game doesn't actually release there. They've completely wiped their entire Steam forums before to hide criticism, which is why you won't find any threads more than ~6 months old, and they do regular pruning of individual threads and users.
So long as the influx of new users is roughly equal to those he's losing it will be a slow, slow death. I've seen creators on Patreon who haven't even made a post in years still have hundreds of subs. It will take this project an age to die so long as Helius at least phones it in once a month or so.
