on windows im getting a "this app cant run on your pc" error. anyone got any ideas? maybe i dont have high enough specs? anyone know the reqs for this?

The processor shouldn't matter that much in this game but I wouldn't try playing it without at least a 960 or equivalent for the LOW preset.
If you have an integrated graphics card (aka no big one, only the one found inside the processor) that isn't a Radeon Vega 5 or above, you probably can't even start the game.

The processor does matter. It's a UE4 games. You need as least 4 core CPU to play smoothly. You won't believe how many people on this forum still use core 2 duo and 32 bit Windows.
I have R5 1600 and GTX 760, 16GB ram. I play at medium / high settings without any problems. OS Win10 ver. 20H2

afaik they have stopped developing the classic mode. Which means that all future contents are multiplayer only.
I'm pretty sure the reason why the devs are turning the game into mp is because there're too many ppl like you around.

I have made it a rule to not pay for porn. When they put an actual game behind it I will consider paying for it.
And I am also pretty sure that if they actually turn this into a different game than what has been originally promised it won't go over well for those who have already paid for it.
And eventually it comes down to them trying to sell you something you can get for free from other people.

Lucky for you, this is a video game and the characters are not real. No one was sexually exploited.
It will still be a pornography game.
It's no different than kickstarer and Indiegogo. Most people understand they are buying into the development of something and things change in the lifecycle of development. A pandemic hit, they lost their motion capture team, and got an offer from another company in exchange for multiplayer development. That provided a solution of free DRM and free motion capture work.
Unless people are going to go out of their way to emulate a multiplayer server, which would include simulating AI to act in place of the other player characters, then the future multiplayer content wont be available for free, outside of tube sites. Sure, there are people that understand programming well enough to build an emulator. Funog1 made very clear that he won't release one on here and I'm glad he won't be doing so. This is an extremely niche project so it extremely unlikely to have an open source emulator team like Ultima Online, EverQuest, or other MMOs.
