UE4 "Fatal Error" crash?
Try running the game after each step:
Step one: Run the redist found under Engine\Extra\redist\en-us\
Step two: Update to the latest & supported DirectX package
Step three: Update Microsoft Visual C++ (search vcredist)
Step four: Update your graphics driver
If none of these updates fixed your problem, it's probably a hardware incompatibility issue.

it's ok to run the simple rpg game and I know it might not able to run this game

Does running it from the executable in \Fallen Doll BETA v1.31\WindowsNoEditor\FallenDoll\Binaries\Win64 work?

Wow this was seriously amazing. Best simulator I've ever played. The mindboggling number of positions/sex acts and the model is cute. It would be a real shame if this was never modded or polished. I am glad it is being followed up with paralogue though.

The one from the OP but I did have Fallendoll 1.29 installed at the same time, I don't know if its an issue or not

And yea didnt mention earlier but i'm playing on VR
