Walk me through, step by step, what you are doing from the moment of downloading the game and crack to the point of trying to run it.
Hi, I guess i am an idiot but how do you get to orgasm? i click on the mouse icon and then it changes to an arrow sometimes up sometimes down sometimes both. Do i keep the mouse button clicked and then move in the arrow direction? is there some kind of rhythm?
OK i seem to have stumbled on the answer myself, i sure couldnt get it a first. Just have to get all the right parts in the right places.

IIRC, first the orgasm gauge needs to be filled completely. Then you drag her body all the way in one of the two directions.
Which VR device do you use? It happened to my Oculus rift, too. Maybe you need open sound setting and then select the other oculus output device.
You could've easily looked that up yourself, but it means "if I remember correctly".
