Yep, the scenes are all hot and the girl is 10/10, but fuck if I know what's going on in the story. A lot of unity games seem to have this issue from what I've seen.

How about check the game path? Game path must have the only english. try move game folder to another place. (ex. "c:\Games\Shinobi\")
It's BepInEx's bug(?). They don't fix it.

Luckily the translator plugin stores results locally.
The file
_AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt at the location of BepInEx\Translation\en\Text is a local copy of the results of the translator.It can be manipulated and even shared.
If someone has a "complete" MTL, they could share it.
People could than place it in their folder for a complete "translation".
Other people can also manipulate/fix the file and share that too if they wanted.

I was just about to ask if it is possible with that. I really hate having to wait for every single line. If someone has a complete-ish version, that would be very welcome.
Not sure why almost no game translated with this translator comes with the file. At least a partial one.

played this untranslated and it was nice for a while
the main feature is each day you choose a sexual torture act for her and she gets corrupted from it. this unlocks more features within each torture act while locking other options (which i don't understand why)
but having some context on what is being said would be a better experience. seeing the poetry added isn't really an incentive to try it again esp with 10gb to reinstall and bloat. wondering if it would get officially/fan translated.

So had a look into any reasoning for the the file size, seems its basically all texture files/pictures used for the live2d animations.
9GB of it is 1738 texture files.
Realistically not much can be done about it, potentially some file compression could be done on said tex/picture files but unsure on what might happen.
TLDR, games basically a flash game on steroids. much content = many textures = file size.
