mark isn't tiff's dad by blood but don't think patreon would look them shacking nicely.
It does look like this, maybe even without Sebastien corrupting them.

You could re-phrase it to : "Why are all the games stuck in long term developments"
It's because the developers behind those games are most often not professionals and are not a studio, so their work habits often suck, they don't have a structured work place, and having everything depend on them can be mind pressuring.
It's like giving a 10yo a cat and tell him to take good care of it. After 3 days half will have give up, a quarter will do so bad they'll probably kill the cat, and a few will effectively do take good care of it.

I played this game where in game Lucy interaction is very limited.

Those are "left overs" from older version. He basically rewrote her storyline, so these are no longer part of it.

I dont think its possible, mother & daughter are the main characters of the game, you could possibly just ignore the mom & daughter and focus on the clinic + cafe. Not sure if that will work, been a while since i downloaded this game and played.
When people ask about ntr they generally mean if other characters will steal girls from mc not the other way around

Then there is no such content in the game unless the husband & wife counts as ntr to the person who asked.

You should read the reviews tab. It has amazing renders, but the pace of renders is very slow. In other words, few distinct images per text. The writing is a weak point IMO. The dialogue just doesn't sound like how people speak to each other. And it's a very dialogue heavy game from the little I've played and what I've read in reviews. From what I've read in the reviews, there is also very little sexual content currently in the game.
The characters and scenes are incredible. I love the ultra-nubile look of the girls. Really good lighting, top quality art. But I'm going to give this a few updates before committing the time to playing.
Whatever happens with this game, I hope the dev continues producing renders in some kind of project, because they really are incredible.

yes since atm only ntr scene is if doesn't rescue certain character from rape, with older woman it isn't love necessarily and rest girls don't have interactions with other guys.
