The textbox is not visible in your screen, because the developer decided to disable it in that particular place. Mod has nothing to do with that.
If you hover your mouse over a choice, it'll turn yellow. Just like every other time.
If you have any other concerns, please be more descriptive in your inquiry.

ok i really like the game but i say no to the new map system as it is? no shortcut no indication where to go had to try every doors just to get out of the house. the game was really fine the way it was not sure implementing a map was needed.
