some scenes are skippable not avoidable.
so it still happens you just skip it.

you can avoid trans content to a certain degree an the dialogue changes. others though they still happen.
i did notice this game doesnt let you choose who to interact with so thats a negative.
chapter 4 seems to give you the option to avoid trans girl from getting it on with her mom

I guess I'll wait to try the game until all the trans fucking the LIs content can be avoided (not skipped). It may not be NTR, but I prefer it not to happen. I'm not sure if I will like the game, but it will surely be easier if I can avoid that content.

No, futanari is a mystical being - usually a female body form with some mix of genitals. That is different than a person who transitions from one gender to another.
