I don't really consider the male protagonists of these games to be that much more varied than the female protags. You've basically got blandy audience avatar, the reluctant dude, and the blackmailer/predator.

If the male protag is reluctantly exposing his erection to his mom landlady, that's not much different from a female protag showing her tits on a stupid bet.
