You need to realize that people DO like games with impregnation and are not all that fond of games where the MC has sex with an obviously pregnant woman. Many developers make such scenes optional for that very reason. Technicality or not, this game satisfies every definition of the tag (current and future).

Face it, you are upset because the game did not go where you expected it to go. That is not a fault of the tags. Perhaps your experience with the developer's other games raised false expectations for this one. I had no such experience, and came into the game with no preconceived expectations. So, this game satisfied me just fine.

In the future, when you see the pregnancy tag, you should probably ask the developer just what that means, so you won't be disappointed.
