Well, I think the negativity was to be expected. People on the internet have too high expectations. What I kinda didn't understand was, that Perv didn't do much to prevent it. Like leaving the gangster conspiracy scene for the next update and put a sex scene there to shut a lot of critics up. I bet he didn't have time to make something extra, because it's not like he was working on it the whole time he was away. He probably made it last minute, like we all do, hehe. He didn't really have a deadline, so he could have done more, but I think he wanted to make something quick to show life signs.
Most of my favourite creators on this forum (mostly the popular ones + some obscure) give you at least one scene with a side character or end the update with a sex scene, not at a potential start of one. I was just surprised by the lack of diplomacy on his part. It's only a guess, but I think he would have made more people happy, hence get more support.
P.S. Pacing of this VN's sexual content is all over the place. MC already fucked Vicky off screen before the start, but we get only a handjob in the VN, and he knew Nicole for some time, never had any further involvement with her, but she lets him abuse her throat just like that. The sis... I mean, roommate is done right imo, the slow burn is the right way in her case. Most people, from what I gather, play these VNs, because they like some story behind the porn, while the porn is still the main focus and story provides the context, which makes it a good fap material. That's why there is a lot of negative comments when the fap material isn't delivered, heh.
