I came to say the exact same thing.Curious why so many devs put this. I mean I don't think fucking is a normal thing among siblings.
Me and my sister have a "normal" relationship in that we're friendly but we don't want to fuck each other.
I don't think wanting to bend your sister over and pound her arse to We Are The Champions is classed as normal. In some circles that may be slightly frowned upon .... in others you'd have you're balls removed and jammed in your mouth, yay for understand cultures.

I hear people say this all the time but I have never heard of a game like this actually being removed. Are there any examples of this happening? Considering all the games with shota characters on patreon if they actually were removing loli content but leaving shota alone wouldn't that represent a clear double standard. If stating all characters are over 18 works for games like the twist, urban demons, and a zombies life I don't see how it should work any different for a game with similarly young looking female characters.
I see your concern in this case as you specifically call out the underage girls age but a simple fix would be to follow the example of other patreons like this. Put a disclaimer at the beginning of the game stating all characters are over 18 and just don't mention anyones age. Telling the player their ages doesn't really add anything to the game anyway. The story would work just as well if you let the player simply infer their ages on their own.

The new friend looks like 12 year old... and if action scenes with her will get very uncomfortable. This is probably just me, I have similar issues with the DMD (not the daughter but her friends)
