What triggers Elizabeth's "it's you...back to violate me some more I bet" line? Is it just raising her corruption? Because I haven't done anything more than the jerk off scene (which she seemed fine with in the dialogue) but now half the time when I go to see her I get the line, even though I maxed her love before raising her corruption.

Elizabeth is the Princess right? I think you need to rape her, while her 'love' is low to get that; just get your corruption up, to like half way, and the option should appear.
From the change log, this update focuses on Clea (the forest/wood/whatever elf girl), meaning no.
