Thanks for the info. If i want a joined up save i'd have to either use my non Philip route and replay all the Phillip route or use my Philip route save and replay all the new parts. Not into replaying porn games.
Think i'll just stick to the Phillip part and once thats over (assuming its not a end game scenario) have a good chunk of other stuff to play. I tend to only play this game every few updates anyway.

its bug - you need to complete Steve`s quests in right order (starting from end of 3.14). Take a look in FAQ or use mine saves frome there.
