There is no file with that name in Ep3 v16. You may be trying to load old ep2 save (the image your game is trying to access shows Bardie in Monica's basement room, which is clearly episode 2 content). Also, Ep3 v16 doesn't have Bardie character and content associated with him (removed from the game by the developer himself), so this is clearly some sort of error related to episode 2 (imo).
to me it sounds like you have combined eps3 with eps2
