I think 1 scene would have split = so 1 scene would be 2 in split ways. So it can be count as 2 => 5 scenes.

As some have said this next update looks promising. Day six in Phillip's basement and some Shiny Hole shenanigans with Monica and Claire, which after the last scene has me looking forward to a Claire scene for probably the first time ever.
Hopefully more than one bar patron has mysteriously had money fall into his lap that Monica needs so she can "get her life back".
As the game is nearing the end the list of possible scenes for the other two paths in v10 is not as large as before. We have the 5th husband audition with either Steve or Mr Campbell (I think Campbell will be the last audition), the next porn shoot(hopefully not the last one of the game), and another press interview organised by Mr Campbell. Really looking forward to all these scenes.
Victoria has three possible scenes that could happen this update. The first where she takes her girlfriends to the tattooist, second where she organises Rebecca's photoshoot and third where she gets the IT guy to man up with his boss. Personally I'm most interested in the IT guy's scene of these three.
Mrs White is lurking in the background waiting to hear back from Grace. Laura may get some more work from Mrs White in v10. This should be a great scene.
I think the celebrity James Turner will be involved in some scene in the future. Probably with Mrs White but maybe not. He was at Mr Smiths pool party just taking in the sights. Every conversation Monica had there before jumping in the pool was setting up future scenes and I don't think Turners talk was an exception. I'm very curious as to where Turner's story with Monica will go.
And then there is the home storyline. With the exception of the "Revenge Quest" it's my least anticipated storyline of the game going forward. Guess all there is left of this is Ralph becoming aware of Fred's harem and whatever consequences come from that.
I don't think either Marcus or the revenge quest will be updated until the last update of ep4.
So if we can avoid any of Fred's crap this update this should be a ripper.

Well whatever comes next cant possibly be worse than the last update so it can only be better than the previous one, so that's a positive. As for the scenes in Philip basement it will be great scene, all of basement scenes have been good so it cant be bad and it will only be better than previous ones .
Claire scene could be very interesting, the last scene was good and this time I am expecting multiple people so it will be good.
As for the other two scenes, my guess is there will be Victoria in some way shape or form, as much as I hate to admit it Victoria does make this game interesting sometimes and she has been present in every single update since i don't know how many updates now and it isn't gonna stop now, so she will be there in this one as well, I would be very surprised if she isn't. As for how she could influence Monica this time it could be tattoo scene or some photoshoot and please no more all girl parties.
As for the last scene I want it to be one of the two ,
#1 Steve husband audition date, which will be good as we all know how much of an asshole Steve is to Monica and he isn't gonna stop now and he will do everything to humiliate Monica even more which will be good
#2 I want there to be one or two more days of prison before here "Marriage" with Marcus which I don't know what he will do there, so I want one or two more days of fun in jail, this time with policemen or more prisoners fun.
But I highly doubt #2 will happen so Steve date is my guess for last scene of the update.
I think next update could be very good even could be the best update of episode 4 yet. Lets see what DM is cooking

V9 was not one of ep4 best updates but for me even with all the lesbian content it was better than v7, and v7 was definitely better than v1.
I agree with you about Victoria. When she is focused on Monica and not the other "girlfriends" there have been some cool scenes. She falls off a cliff for me when Monica is not around though and there have been far to many Vic scenes with Monica absent. I really hope DM is done with non Monica scenes of any sort.

In my opinion, the trend is that Viс will not get Monica under any circumstances, which is not the case with Melanie. But if DM decides to do another bachelorette party before the wedding, then surely Monica's presence at it would be highly desirable...Oh, and it would also make sense to include Monica in future “Tattoo 2” and “Vicky and Mel's wedding” scenes. Tattoo is an intimate thing, but why not morally help her friend Melanie and support her? And who could be a better bridesmaid than Monica? That's right, no one.

Well this as all speculation but I agree, Victoria will not have Monica in the end because Victoria is part of the conspiracy. Well, the plot of “The Office” doesn't have the prerequisites for a good ending, alas, not yet. So I wouldn't be surprised if the only good ending (in the sense of Monica gaining complete independence from the scoundrels around her) will be the announced Claire's ending.

I am sorry to be asking this but are we supposed to download each episode separately? or does that Episode 4 download is supposed to have episodes 1 to 3 as well, I am asking cause the download size for just episode 4 is 11 gb.

Fashion business has been splitted in multiple episodes.
Size of each episode is a good reason to split and don't have a big monolith.
Episode 4 doesn't contain the content of the previous episodes.
Each episode represent just itself

somebody even count - how many unfinished routes this game already accumulated? seems like some of that routes and sub-brunches are forever forgotten. Just those that i can remember for quick:
That's just a tip of the iceberg, i can count such promises from old scenes and unfinished routes for several pages in small font, to describe all abandoned routes of this game, and since the 4th episode announced to be the last, and it's already v9 from probably 16 in total, or so, and taking in mind that every new update we are getting extremely small portion of new scenes, we may simply count that the rest of updates will not going to finish even just 5% of abandoned and forgoten routes, but will finish most evident of them, as we may hope. Or not.

EraRamp, you put the "doubting" emoticon, so I think I should clarify my point. I can't consider an ending in which Monica becomes someone's trophy wife (the main plot “Office”) a happy ending...That's not the kind of freedom Monica wants. Perhaps you know something we don't, but if so, at least hint that Monica will have a chance for a really good ending in this storyline.

No doubt DM has cut short planned scenes in his goal of finishing Fashion Business with ep4. Most of those scenes you gave as examples of unfinished plots aren't really unfinished plots but things that might have happened if Monica agreed to them. Just because one guy says he will be back to fuck Monica again doesn't mean it had to happen or the story has been cut.
This game potentially could of gone on for another 5 years with bi-monthly updates. I think the right decision was made to wrap up the story and stick to events that will directly lead to the game endings instead of endless VIP or slum events that were fun but really didn't drive the story forward or to a conclusion.
Just in the examples you gave, Steve's VIP partners surely will be revealed when we find out what the conspiracy working against Monica is all about. I'm sure the Asian girl in the office will realise who Monica is by the end as well.
Your other examples were all dependent on Monica prostituting herself out. I agree I would have liked to have seen some of those scenes, especially the punks again, who knows we may yet see another scene with the punks. One scene I personally want, is to find out what goes on in the slum alley at night but neither this or the punks are critical to the main story or even for the falling path to end.
You are right that many hinted scenes and possibilities will not eventuate. For me though I'm happy to miss a few possible scenes if it gives us a strong focused episode 4 that drives hard to this games endings. And this episode with the exception of Victoria and her girlfriends hasn't had much extra fluff that isn't focused on Monica getting to the end of the game or that particular paths ending.

I don't have the exact information, but I think the path of the office is also bound to have a positive ending for Monica. After all, that's the main way
