Just wound up playing. Was great to see Monica get fucked by the office employee. Full marks there. The photoshoot was a bit of a letdown; was hoping for a foursome porn shoot, just like Mrs. White had mentioned she'd be arranging. Maybe Ryan at least could have dicked her. The Steve update went down the usual "this is not Monica, but her double" route. However, the subsequent sex scene didn't disappoint. The Misty sex scene, unfortunately, has been reserved for the 1080p patrons; only got a blowjob out of it.

Lacking in some places, but overall a good update, certainly better than the previous one.

My two cents' worth:

I strongly dislike routes going down the, "She looks exactly like Monica, sounds exactly like Monica, knows everything that Monica does, and behaves exactly like Monica, but, for mysterious reasons, she isn't Monica," lane. Biff. Mrs. White. Amongst others. Now, Steve has headed down that lane. Ryan, the photographer, is headed in that direction, too. Wouldn't it have been better if everyone knew it was Monica, but, at the same time, had the knowledge that Monica was down on her luck, and, consequently, were eager to exploit Monica's situation to their advantage?

Take the example of the office guy. He gets to fuck Monica. Fuck his own boss. And, obviously, derives immense pleasure in doing so. "Man, I just got to fuck my own boss! My own arrogant, conceited boss! My desires, my fantasies came true!" Now, imagine if he had fucked Monica with the knowledge that it was not Monica, but a mere $300 hooker that looked like Monica. It wouldn't have had the same impact; it would've merely been a roleplay.

The photoshoots are another example. What got the staff gossip going was seeing their own boss with her tits out on her own magazine cover. However, imagine if they had the knowledge that it wasn't their boss, but simply a hooker that looked like her. It wouldn't have had the same impact on them.

I feel it would've been far more exciting if people had exploited Monica, not her look-alike from the slums. A down-on-her-luck Monica and Mrs. White, for example, where the latter is aware that things have gone south for Monica and is eager to exploit Monica's situation to her advantage would've translated into much more exciting and steamy scenarios.

Bottom line, the story should not only be about Monica's humiliation; the feelings and emotions Monica goes through, but also about the pleasure others take in humiliating and/or enjoying Monica, knowing it is her. Like Fred, the Fuck, for example. Note the sly look and grin on his face, how much he enjoys his former boss's downfall. Or Adrian. How much he enjoyed his encounter with Monica at the hotel, with the knowledge that it was Monica. Or Phillip.

Let everyone enjoy Monica, knowing it is Monica.

The story was always the worst part of this game.

The reason for that is that if everyone knows that it is Monica then what is Monica trying so hard to protect. The struggle for Monica is to hide her current situation from the world and with every future scene more and more people are finding out the truth. The struggle of preventing something from happening but it happening anyways is what is humiliating in Monica's situation. It is exciting to watch as little by little her reputation is getting destroyed. This update Stephanie and Rebecca saw Monica do things for Victoria.

Steve knows that it's Monica. Whether his secretary knows that or not doesn't make any difference. Julia knows the real identity, Philip does, Fred too. With White the dislike is mutual. She hates the person Monica and would never have her work for her photoshoots, we are given a glimpse of that in the previous audition. She doesn't trust Monica. So in order to have Monica be humiliaited by white such a Dynamic was necessary.

Plus the real enjoyment is the player knowing that it is Monica getting humiliated by the people she looked down upon and the people she hated. The employee you mention, we don't even hear such thoughts of his, that he is ecstatic about fucking his boss. He is totally scared and will always be subservient to Monica. In his eyes Monica is woman who can wipe him off the face of the planet in a minute if he dares open his mouth. In other scenarios since the characters don't know it is Monica they interact with her more freely and treat and talk to her like a whore which is pretty degrading.

So there is a plus to the path chosen by DM. Maybe it doesn't work you. Also i do understand that continuosly repeating this trope in every storyline is very redundant. DM should find more imaginative ways of writing his storys and progressing the plot. It is undoubtedly irritating when every character acts dumb and immediately considers the possibility of Monica's look-alike.

The biggest draw I had was the farm route. How are we still not there? Glamour had the same problem with Kate and the "club"

Is there any info when we get there?
