There is another aspect worth mentioning here. When someone criticizes a game for (in their opinion) small amount of new content in the next update, they should always compare it to the competition. DM with his FB strictly adheres to the schedule and releases updates regularly and in a short time (compared to others). Someone will say that other developers have more content in their updates .. I don't know, I need examples. The only game I know with a lot of content in every update is Being A DIK. But do not forget that the author of Being A DIK is releasing the entire episode at once and it takes 5-6 months to wait for it! Are you ready to wait so long for an FB update? I'm not ready. This game is by no means perfect, but it is pretty obvious the dev listens to feedback. Two of the biggest issues the game had (the grind and the bad in-game questlog) have been adressed. The questlog since 2.2 and the grind long before that.
Sure, the gameplay isn't exactly smooth and probably will remain a bit annoying at times until they start a new game, but the willingness of the dev to improve the game is very apparent and to complain about the amount of content the game adds each update can only be described as insane.
But I know one thing - rendering takes a lot of time and directly depends on the power of the equipment (video card / graphic workstation in particular). If it were as easy as this person thinks, we would have 1 new update every week. But none of the patreon porn game developers have that. Is this a massive conspiracy of game developers or an objective reality associated with the laborious and time-consuming process of rendering images and animations? I think the second.
P.S. Today the number of FB patrons has reached 2000 people. If the trend does not change, then players should expect an even faster release of updates for the FB. (details in the attachment). Everything is in the hands of the patrons.
