I tried using heavy compression settings to reduce the files size but it didn't exactly shave much off of the total, anyway I have uploaded both here so *shrug* ....

I think it shows 100% before it releases, not only after it released. It shows 100% for me so I expect it to be uploaded soon unless they do some testing right now which isn't included in the percentage

I'd argue that 100% on all bars mean it's ready for final testing, which is not on that bar graph.
