That is the guy who Monica originally meets when escorting as her clients girlfriend. She impresses him (and his wife) with some piano skills.
She later runs into him again when on a date with one of the investors, and needs to fuck him and his colleague in the mens room to keep them quiet. This would be Monica's third interaction with him.

Ah, yes! If I recall correctly, the first encounter, she had sex with him and two of his friends at that house. The second encounter was with him and another friend in the restaurant bathroom. The brunette is named Charlotte and the blonde is named Mia. Charlotte is the wife of the fat investor. Olaf I think his name is.
