I've checked everything, the 720p (PC) version of Ep3 v13 is not available on any resource I know of. In general, it makes sense. People want to play the full extra version and the creators of the topics on the forums (including our f95), other torrents, etc. at the first opportunity just replaced the regular 720p version with a more complete and graphically high-quality 1080p. That said, 720p version for android is available (but these guys playing on smartphones just don't have a choice. They say they even have extra content on 720p). But if you're a PC player, I can advise you to be patient and wait for Ep3 v13 720p (or 1080p extra) to be generally available.

I have only one fun and that's my computer and I really want to play this game, for this I installed v12, then I'm trying to upgrade to v13 720 with the code, then I'll try the v13 code so I don't think it will work, but if I run it, my first job will be to upload the game, not play it. but i think it can take a week or two with my download speed, that's annoying

You're either being silly or trolling if you can't tell the difference and are mixing things up.
1.The FAQ was made for all players because it contains most of the answers to the questions regularly asked here. The Fashion Business thread has grown to gigantic proportions largely precisely because of the same repetitive questions from people who were too lazy (or didn't know how) to use the topic search. So now all these questions and their answers are collected in 1 post, which is convenient and allows you to avoid wasting a lot of time searching for the topic.
2. Аctive users ≠ are active patrons of the Fashion Business game. So they help other people in whatever way they can. So it's silly to expect an extra/regular version of the game from them just because they're active in this thread.
3. What does this have to do with the developer's discord at all? I do not remember the last time someone advised to contact the "discord" developer.
So you gave a completely silly analogy, dividing players into good and bad based on their number of comments. The next time a player with 2000+ thousand comments leaks the game to the public, what do you say then?
In general what you wrote is complete nonsense and you should understand that. So do not be aggressive and act as if you owe it all. No one here owes you anything.
