That's great news. The sooner this crap Falling path ends, the more time DM will have for normal content for our Monica. (The Office/Photoshoots, Phillip basement).

DMD was simply removed from patreon, and besides, it was the rare case when, on the wave of gigantic popularity, it managed to get good sales on subscribestar and on the author's official website. Even so, it's not certain that DMD would have been filled with so much controversial (and patreon-banned) content if it weren't for the success of another game that came out a little later (Melody), the proceeds from the sale of which (via patreon) largely allowed DMD's creator to continue working on it.
But there are other ways to circumvent censorship, more risky (at least as long as such a game is sold through patreon) but quite workable. I've already given examples of such games here, where developers have successfully implemented controversial content without leaving patreon or being banned there. Of course, it's better for the DM to take no chances, because everyone wants to see how Monica's story ends, not bite their elbows over the game being blocked. But anyway, I agree about hope.

Number of scenes already get to optimal quantity (in v9) to choose from. (Ofc Home will be here till the end but anyway its become more interesting)

It might not have happened either if the dev didn't have a sufficient financial cushion from sales of the "main DMD" and from "Melody".

again - it`s just obvious way to publish smth after game and not (with chance) get banned with main account. Cuz it can give you money for years after finishing game. ( not as much but i`m sure that it would be around 500+$). There are too much projects that already dead for years but have income.

Where it is written, that the office or especially the basement are the main storylines?
These are as "main" as others. The case can be made, based on the initial idea, that events related to Marcus are the most important ones, since it basically replaces the farm, that was supposed to be the main attraction of the game.
But I don't see how silly castings for Monica's future husband are more important than other branches. Or the basement, that essentially exists maybe for a third of the game.
All that talk about "Thank God, those stupid branches I personally don't like have ended" sounds to me like simpleminded kink shaming.

Basement is full sidestory for now if it wouldn`t lead back to Office.
Office main cuz it`s only way Monica (except Marcus) can have her Magazine back? Other routes leads her only not to go Farm.
As i see the weight of lines in her life.
Even Farm not main one - Farm should be Bad end postgame.

So what? What taking back her magazine has to do with the main idea of the game? The answer is nothing.
The description of the game says it all:
If anything, the main storyline is the falling path. That is what the developer himself told us.
If the description said something like, " Help Monica get her old life back, her magazine and defeat her enemies", there would be no question about whether the office storyline is the most important one. But as far as the game was planned and developed, I see it as one of the minor branches, the one that has nothing to do with the stated idea of the game. Just a small bonus branch, that shows some alternative reality. The same thing as was with the branch where Monica got married to Dick.

And the main plot will be the last one in final episode. If other routes ends now they are not main. Its simple.

Certain aspects of the game for sure changed during the development, but the main idea has never changed. The game has never been about Monica getting her life back, winning, punishing her enemies and so on. Never. All that crap was a figment of the imagination of that Cuck5851 above. The main idea was clearly stated at the beginning of the game and has been followed constantly - Monica is supposed to fall down. No more, no less.
And about which branches last longer or shorter, etc. It is not necessary the case. The truth is often more simple - the developer lacks the ideas how to progress some branch and decides to finish it. That is it. Also, and I would say in most cases for adult games, the last branch that is finished is the one which supporters like best. Following this logic, the most important branch is Fred's one. Guys from Patreon love it.
