In case it is of any interest, the variable I posted here do NOT change when I do switching royal duties. I have no idea what variable was affected, but I guess not that. I believe I am screwed lol. Either I play all the way from there again, which will make me bald from pulling out all of my hair, or I go to Ep 4 with just one item not checked and do the questions and lose my continuity. Sigh. Anyway, if anyone knows the variable I would have to change to get to the end, if that is even possible (Dev?) I would be very thankful. I appreciate this community. Thanks.

Yes, this one is simply not checked in any way. It remains open at the end as my last one to check to move on. Never turned red. I discovered the reason. I found the point where I have to choose the Extra route for Switching Duties. When I did that, it showed as accomplished. So far so good. BUT, then I did it again and this time chose the non-extra route, guess what? That radio button became unchecked. My accomplishment was undone. So, in the past, just thinking I would see two paths, I inadvertently UNCHECKED the button, even though I had done it. That is why I was perplexed. I never noticed this change and was confused about why I remembered doing, why I could not figure out what to do. I kept thinking, oh, another chance will pop up again. But, without giving away much, my role in Shiny Hole changed and after that no opportunity was available.
So, if you have the extended version and if you succeed in the Switching Duties quest, simply do not do any more duties with only Ashley, or repeat the special path, because if you explore the other one, it will uncheck you. That is my experience, at least.
In order to finish the game properly, I now have to go back hours and hours of game play, even with skip dialog, to check all of the other boxes again so I can end with a save that transfers to EP 4.

yes but if you are a gallery hunter like me
you need to do both path to trigger a gallery picture ( a strong example are in episode 2 clothing store
you can buy the dress if you was nice to her in eps1 and only get 1 gallery picture out of 20
same if you steal it and hit her )
so actually you need to do it 3 times depending on which path you took first to get all 20 gallery pictures.

Don't worry about going back. If you have seen that scene and it is available in the gallery of ep3, who cares. It has no impact on your ep4 save. All ep 4 cares about the shiny hole is if you are the manager or not. If so, the shiny hole can continue, if not it ends with ep3.Yes, this one is simply not checked in any way. That is not true with ep3. It is true for ep2. You can have all quests marked completed of the main quest in ep3 and when Monica goes to bed the credits will roll to move to ep4. This doesn't include the Phillip basement quest. That is separate and has it's own ep3 ending with a credit roll.
I only realised this recently because my Monica's always pay off Perry and never needed to spend the night in her hostel after working for Mommy. So I thought ep3 was like ep 2 in having no actual ending. So I was bored one night and decided to play through spending the night at Perry's hostel after working for Mommy as it was the only active quest left in my ep3 playthrough. To my surprise the game gave me an credit roll. So yeah ep3 has an ending.
Edit) You are right. Even ep3 ends with one red quest no matter your choices in the event list. The choice of Monica or Ashley looking after Mr Berkelbach will have one marked red depending on your choice.

Mmm technically I posted a little on this forum over a year ago, I spent some time playing FB until I got fed up with seeing Monica with her Sisyphus complex while everyone takes advantage of her and humiliates her, in short my complaint is that there is an imbalance in the bad things that happen, it's like 90% of bad things happen to Monica versus 10%, that's not funny to me it's sad.Wow, so much text for a new member in this thread. As for Julia and Monica, I know how this guy's mind works so I don't have high expectations for anything going right for Monica because the epitome of comedy in this game is everything going wrong for her.
At best Julia's uncle is part of the farm and he'll make Monica marry Julia and have to put up with her for life or else she'll be sent to the farm, Monica won't be happy but she'll be safe.
At worst as you say Monica will stay with Julia making Kebabs, but you tell me how making Kebabs prevents her from being taken to the farm.
Anyway, whatever happens I'll be happy to get this game over with.

The reason I responded to your post was that you said you had stayed away from this forum because of the "idolization" shown towards Fred. I was trying too state that it is actually the opposite. If you see comments about Fred and his magic cock, we are not being complimentary.

You seemed a little excited that this upcoming uncle reveal would be a good result for Monica. I was only attempting too lower your expectations. I'm sure Monica will get some good endings down the line though.

It was ckearly seen since from 6 weeks they moved to 8 whan milfs appeared (but with increased size of update) and afrer 3 d game appeared it became 9-10 weeks. U wanna say u didn't know that?So, basically, they didn't develop Fashion Business so that they can complete that other game?

About finishing 3d game - they made double size update and now can finish FB with more accuracy and with faster updates. So in long run its better to wait 1 more week but get next update in 7-8 weeks

I generally agree with everything you wrote, with the exception of Fred and his alleged idolization... But that has already been answered quite clearly by agn25. From myself I can add that many people here hate Fred, and most of the posts about his "magic" dick are actually sarcasm, because nothing good came out of his appearance (already after Monica "got" her mansion back).
Unless, of course, you like it when the completely inadequate Monica acts like some hentai with princesses sprayed with the strongest aphrodisiacs and parasites in their heads controlling their behavior. So the sooner this Fred nonsense is over (and that thing has swept up and ruined the once promising "Home" storyline), the better.
