His name is Bardie, not Barry. Actually, all you have to do is read the FAQ, which has a detailed WT for "Ep2v16 with Bardie". As far as I know, there's a link here on f95 in the OP (initial thread post) specifically to uncut version of Ep2 v16, so just download it and start playing, either by using your save from the end of Ep1 (see the FAQ 1.1.5 for details) or by starting a “new game” in Ep2 and answering the questions about how your Monica behaved in ep1.

Well, if nothing has changed, the OP should have a link to the uncut version of Ep2..If not, it can be downloaded from another resource. I just don't want to give links to third-party resources when all this is already available on our forum.i was also about to correct him

Great news—we’re this close to wrapping up all the art and animations for Fashion Business: EP4 Choices and Consequences (v11)! In just a week, we’ll dive into coding everything, which means the release is right around the corner.
This update will be one of the most content-rich yet. It will conclude two storylines, merged into one grand ending. Monica's story in the dungeon is reaching its final, seventh day, and now her actions, decisions, and the points she has earned will determine the outcome.
And here’s what’s important: this ending has 11 possible outcomes! If Monica plays her cards right and racks up enough points, she’ll land in a position of power—just not the kind she ever imagined. But trust us, she’s going to love it.
We are confident that this scene will bring you plenty of vivid emotions.
This release will include three scenes, but their scale and depth will make this update truly impressive!
That’s all for now, but very soon, we’ll share more details about the two remaining scenes included in the update. The release is scheduled for early March, so the wait won’t be long. Thank you for your support, patience, and love for the game—we are working hard to make sure each new version brings you maximum enjoyment.

Looking at the four links for ep2 on the first page they seem to still be the original uncut ep2. At least the file names are named as the Bardie version should be.

Episode 2 with Bardie is named "EP 2.1-V16-completed-Extra" the cut one without Bardie is named "EP 2.1-V16-Newlife-Extra"

Kind of hard to imagine that. I mean most of the events with Vicky, Monica and that model happened in the alternative branch where Monica didn't go to the basement. From the point of view related to the basement, all that stuff - tattoos, cum enemas, etc. - never happened.
I don't see how those two branches are supposed to be merged into one. I'm not saying that Victoria should or should not be in the basement route, but in a way it would be a different Victoria. And so there should be another ending with her where Monica decided not to go to the basement in addition to that supposed merged branch.

As it says - 11 outcomes. In deadend ones its easy to implement to Vicky and Mel come to basement. Also - i`m still dont think that there will be outcome back to 3.16 with 1st investors meeting after basement end.
At ep.4 start there was thoughts blocked for basement (like Rebecca pissed in Mon mouth = "its worse that Phillip done") after some point they dissapeared.
And yes = its hard due to different timelines. In basement ep.4 just even didn`t started.
But who said its Vicky`s ending? Its basement ending. Theres Mel wedding anyway.
