Personally, for me, an interview with journalists is more like a failed photo shoot, whereas a theatre production is a masterpiece and a gem of this update. Besides, this scene once again confirmed my speculations regarding some aspects of the conspiracy theory.

It would probably be right to be patient until the update becomes public (we know how that goes), but why delay the inevitable and hide the emotions that are begging to come out. There are no important spoilers in this review, but in order to maintain decency, I'm putting the whole text under a spoiler anyway. So, let's start.
To summarise, I can say the following - V8, despite everything, turned out to be a very strong and worthy update and confirmed once again that DM is capable of doing really cool things.

The exact number of updates isn't chiselled in granite, but from what I know/heard, the final game is approximately 1 year away.

Hopefully, when they finish it, they can sell the game all in one or with 3/4 DLCs in some shop.
I don't think Patreon is a good way to keep a game for a long time, probably won't be available in a few years, as crazy as they are with the ban hammer.

Nice rundown of v8. I'd have the falling path ending, Phillip's date and the photoshoot- interview as all equal highlights of the update. All equal top for me. Shiny hole was excellent as well, but not to the other three scenes level, a little to much Victoria in my opinion. I liked the Marcus quest but as it's a "to be continued" I'm rating it in 5th place for now.
I'm still waiting for your detailed rundown of v7. Convince me that the girl party was worth the time it took to play. That the magic cock scene is great and I'm an idiot for not liking this path. Claire's scene was worthwhile setup.
Did the VIP and pornshoot drag v7 down for you? I know the girl party was a tough act to follow. I hope you could be kind to these two scenes as I know these paths have never been as popular as a good lick fest.
But seriously, where is your v7 review?
