I have the same problem. the tv is broken -> fix it ->next time i try to use the tv is broken again. No matter how many tools i use for it.

Almost every post in these 105 pages are about unfixed bugs. I wouldn't bother trying.
So I took a look at the twine file myself to figure out the tv bug.
and it is related to this line in the living room

the AngelaTv event is the event that sets the tv to broke, so until the photo_camera or $AngelaShoot variables change the tv will always be broken, no matter how many times you fix it. since the AngelaTv2 (event that fixes the tv) does not affect these variables

do more pics jpg , gif and less videos. cuz of lags as f. but game are great. sometimes not enough pics in dialogs + fix damn bugs , add more random sexy girls events

uhh that's weird no matter how much i tried but whenever I click on angela kiss in angela's room it does not work

I had that problem where it would give me the fixed dialogue but was still broken. I chose to just ignore it and after a bit it quit being broken and worked fine. So try just ignoring it for a while. If you need the charisma boost, you can also get it by installing mirrors in the school.
So I'm pretty deep in (most of the school progress bars are maxed, I've got some outrageously fun options in the classroom, etc.) and the current task I have is to answer a biology question. I can't figure out how to force a question to pop so I can answer it. Any ideas? Do I need to teach at a certain level or pick out a particular topic? I remember that coming up frequently when starting the game but haven't seen it happen in quite some time now.
The concept of the game is pretty good but there's so many gaps in the storyline and I can't even see the tasks which makes it a total headache
Have the same problem with the "fix TV" not working. Dont understand what you mean ignore it. Someone wrote, that it has to do with a quest from here. Smo a solution
