They both handle the patches but Lewdpatcher is handled by F95 and Dontcensor is independent and sometimes allows patches that lewd does not I have found in my experience

So apparently he's remaking the prologue and there's no ETA for 1.4? Concept is cool and everything but it obviously lacks substance. I honestly don't understand why people decide to develop porn games without porn.
