Be nice guys. There are other dev that never update at all. I vaguely remember a h-game about a female elf and a goblin, made everyone wait a year and half for a update that he said was coming next week, for it to be just a few bug fix and several comments how it was a hobby, not his job to make the game he being paid 4k a month to make, which there still no actual sex scenes. Eventually FA will go forward, he/she/they are probably working on the coding and storyline.

We'll have cryogenic freezing, a cure for cancer, and faster than light travel by the time we get to Bangkok.
This game is a scam, it has been years cycling around the prologue and character customization.
Which have been worked and reworked and reworked for ithe past 3 years.
A real shame, because the game had a ton of potential.
An interesting concept that to my surprise not many devs have looked at.
But, as per last update and i quote from the dude his Patreon page:
The remaining 10% is the dude posting about burnouts, writersblock, stuck with the new engine that will cause a delay.
It is just bullshit and the current patreons are suckered in.
In the end, it is a good scam though donators are suckered in, believing they are supporting a game that has just started development and looks new.
Now and then a new version is released to keep the hype up.
Then the Dev starts to struggle and moans about how hard he sucks.
And then the Dev decides to rework the engine and cut content.
Rinse and repeat.
If you are a supporter, consider asking refunds. Because you are being scammed.

I stand by what I said a year ago. I'm excited to see what Bangkok turns out like, but I won't be waiting around for it.
Testing out the new version, I immediately prefer the older designs, and will not go further than character creation. Since I've discussed gameplay ideas with Crush before, I don't feel comfortable just taking a shit all over their work, but the writing seems pretty clear on the wall.
Trying to be understanding here, I wonder if Crush feels stuck between being unable to continue the story, and too far into this one project to be able to scrap it all and start over with something they actually want to work on. Stuck in a limbo of their own creation, rolling the same rock up a hill over and over again. I hope one day they roll the rock over the other side of the hill.

It's called milking, he isn't frustrated or sad.
He raked up so much money by now, he can hire a professional coder AND writer by now.
His endless repetition is also covered by the magical copy/pasta function of his PC.
Just now and then he edits the code and voila, new version and easy money.
His support dropped to 3K a month, a good time to start from scratch, wich i may add.
He did, and i'm convinced that most of his 3K support comes from himself with the simple aim to keeping up appearances.

He's "only" repeated everything 4 times in 3 years. I don't know about you, but I'd take 4 days/weeks of feeling bad for three whole years of having a pretty amazing income. Yeah I bet coming up with reasons for why X isn't ready each month is stressful, but even then

You're right. If it's a scam, it's been a good one. The constant excuse of perfectionism to remake everything -just right- has prevented the actual progress of the game for ages. That excuse is wearing thin to most outside his patreon echo chamber by now, however. But people give money to the dumbest things on patreon, so 3K is small potatoes, really.
I just know Crush can be a great writer, so it's a shame it turned out this way.
The new three way nerd blowjob scene is actually new, and pretty nice overall. Granted, I'm not entirely sure what purpose it serves but it's still nice to have.
And just for everyone that might come and say "No it's not a scam! And okay he's made mistakes but he's correcting them now!": If he had morals and did acknowledge he didn't do a good job, he wouldn't still be charging as he is. There are many ways to limit patreon income, including just deactivating it for a month and he could've done those at any point. But having it be completely unlimited for any supporters brings in more money

Where is all the time (allegedly spent on development) and previously made content went to? It all couldn't just have been lost? I mean I and probably everyone else had to rework things, scrap something that has been previously made but wasn't good enough, right? But I feel like when you rework something you try to incorporate as much of what is already available as possible.Here it all just CUT OUT?! WHAT?!

It's weird, but the more people here moan about Crush and his " milking ," the more money he seems to make on his Patreon account. When I checked a coupld of months ago, it was only something just north of $5,000 a month, and looking just now it's close to $6,000/month. Hmmm....
