The links for background knowledge are mostly a waste of time. You can easily ignore them. They don't add to the overall story. For the most part, they simple come across as a random "Here is a mandatory image of something. So what if it doesn't really mean anything important or enhances the scene itself, or involve character enhancements? It's a picture, right? That is all that counts really."
The "avatar" is such a hit/miss issue with me that I don't even know where to really start. My biggest complaint about the avatar overall isn't that it looks "older" than what you are supposed to be. It is simply that it is a "static" image with a few clothes tweaks and a couple of facial expressions. I am far more impressed with avatars that actually "move" or have different forms of interaction. Even if you only have a black/blue "blank slate" representation of a male mixed in with the main avatar, it would be a huge step up in presentation and quality. Example would be the 3 BJ college scene where your avatar can drop to her knees, maybe have a bit of movement here or there, or simply use real or rendered images overall. So, not a fan of the avatar overall.
Layout is fine. Got no problem with the layout in general. Other than maybe a means of setting "character stats" to the other side instead of up top just for quick reference without having to use the header all the time.
Not getting into the content with Max as it is a re-hash of prior content in general, and has been used a 'test format' for almost a year or so. Basically, given the fact it is a 're-hash of a test-format", I am actually kind of disappointed overall that Max was even used at all.
In regard to the new sex system? I don't like it. If you are going to use dice rolls as a "randomized skill check", then YOU as a player simply shouldn't have the option of how things advance. You pass the "skill check", you should be able to guide the scene, which you can't. You FAIL the 'skill check", then what happens next should be out of your hands as your partner is disappointed and moves on to something else, which you can't. And to be about as blunt as a hammer against concrete, the male NPC's should be far more "dominating" in regard to how the sex scenes progress in the first place. I don't mean "dominating" as in "time to start with the spanking and using whips", but more down the lines of "encouraging you to do more/better than you are doing". Example, the 3 BJ college scene SHOULD have someone trying to force you into deep throating, which itself should be a skill check. Spit/Swallow shouldn't be a "pre-starting condition", but something that is happening "in the moment". So that if you are doing a "good BJ" (or high roll for skill check) he cums earlier than you expected and you end up with a mouthful and have to decide to spit/swallow then, OR be "encouraged" by those around you to spit/swallow. And if you do a "bad BJ" (really low roll for skill check), then he suddenly holds the back of your head and pops off into your mouth MAKING you swallow before letting go of you. This way at least, too high of a skill or too low of a skill will result in some kind of "situation" to deal with. And if your play-style IS like mine, where you will swallow without hesitation, then a really high skill check roll is what you WANTED to get because you were trying to "show off" to the 3 guys in general.
Or if TLDR: Sex scenes should be changed so that dice rolls actually MEAN something and if you keep rolling "low", your partner gets annoyed and tries to move from oral to vaginal or vaginal to anal. You then have to "resist" or "accept" depending on how your overall sub/dom stats have formed.
