Your guess is as good as anyone elsesso when its 1.17 gonna be up?
I can say with utter certainty that it's going to be released before the heat death of the universe.so when its 1.17 gonna be up?
i just came to check this week's lame excuse for another delayMy money is on him posting later today about releasing early access at the end of the month. One of the patrons got restless and actually asked about a release date so maybe he has delayed enough and will sit down and finish the update.

Hey guys! I have good news and bad news to report.
The good news is that I've finally blasted through my block. This wasn't the traditional 'writer's block' where you stare at a blank screen unable to think up any ideas; it was extreme difficulty getting the draft ideas to a point where they felt sexy and fun.
Now it feels like everything is zipping along. One of the big problems I was having was dialogue choices and just dialogue in general. (Which is a problem on a girls' night out, because girls kind of like talking, right, and also a problem from a gameplay perspective because without dialogue choices you're just playing a slideshow.)
I made some changes to characterisation and pace – basically slowed the scenes down, and just let the characters breathe a little – and now the dialogue is flowing and the character relationships feel more genuine and interesting. That makes everything just feel hotter and it also allows for more plot development since the girls can talk about the club without actually being in the club.
I'm so excited and relieved because I was having serious doubts that I could do this at all, and now it's just a matter of time. (Last week I wasn't even sure that it was good, but this week I do feel pretty confident that you guys will like it.)
The bad news is that all this extra time I've spent battling through the block means that I'm seriously behind schedule.
I do not know if this episode will be ready for early access by Halloween. I hope so, and will do my best to make up the lost ground this week, and I'm now advancing quickly. But there's only so many words I can write per day. This took way longer than I dreamed it could, and it's going to be tight.
I'm aware I've missed several deadlines with this episode already, so I'm going to do my absolute best to get this cracked this week. But I wanted to give you guys a heads up on the situation and admit that it may not happen. I'll make a report on the 30th, hopefully with good news.
I'd like to believe that we've deterred more people from supporting (or beginning to support) these kinds of business models with our discussions here than kept on the stranded ship.A (likely small) part of how this happens is maintained by what we say here. If people didn't arrive at Internet discussions to criticize the lateness, we wouldn't have others self-identifying as defenders of the FA release schedule. This causes these defenders to double-down on their monetary investment in the game. Given the rate at which things happen, many people would otherwise completely forget about the game between releases.
I can't say that this would drive it down to obscurity, however. Crush realizes that constant Discord dialogue with fans is a way to keep FA fresh in people's minds even when releases do not happen. Plus, people with a disposable cash tend to throw it away on subscriptions that go on forever with little or no payout, and therefore forgetting about the game only reinforces this phenomenon.
I'm not saying to stop criticizing of course--truth needs to be said. I'm just explaining how this happens.
he is not mad, but sheeps that throwing him money with shovels.HE DID IT AGAIN!
He stretched half an update of an already late episode release for another two months!
How does he do it? Absolute madlad!
He's the Belle Delphine of indie gameshe is not mad, but sheeps that throwing him money with shovels.
Very good points, and the reason why I stopped following\commenting here. Basically the more people talk about it the more attention (and money) he gets.A (likely small) part of how this happens is maintained by what we say here. Very rare....Damn, this must be one of the only negative comments I've seen on his patreon:

Granted, it's hard to find negative comments when you need to be a patreon to leave comments to begin with, but still.
