I put forward a different solution that uses the original origin story and where things are more life sim but not like GL complex with brushing teeth and choosing sanitary products. You have a number of places of work each more degrading and sexual than the other. The topless bar, a strip club, glory hole, burlesque show, etc. Then you give the PC a goal of getting her reputation such that she is recruited to the brothel that the target uses.
You have two values then, one is her resistance which she'll have to lower in order to work at the more sexual locations and the other her repuation which she needs to increase to get recruited. This gives you goals to work on and then you add in other none sexual locations such as a beach to get a tan and swim for exercise, clothing shop to improve outfits which will get you noticed. Better gear means more rep gained. A gym, a regular bar for drinking, a club for a bit of casual sex.
These would give place to work on and gain skills that will ultimately be of use. Learning the local language will make it easier to gain info, getting fitter will let you do more intense actions and take more punishment, socializing will help your charisma, ettc. etc. You can still add the various scenes to locations like the bar but they are just extras and bonuses to the base game.
That way you have a game that bridges the gap from prequel to brothel and from interactive story to life sim without haveing to change that much. Not that it matters, we can say anything and propose all we want, nothing will change while the cash keeps rolling in.
or just do the birth control shot. Easy enough to check-in with the safe house to re-up every 3 months.

Having the agent start male would actually fit the Thai hooker theme... nbut I think Crush would lose a lot of subs.

I just found Inner Empire and it looks promising and is surprisingly fleshed (and thought) out for a first version.

With a game with an ambitious scope, it's going to be difficult trying to marry together different parts of the story. One of the game's strengths is that it was trending towards an rpg system which checks statistics rather than branches based on decisions. I really do mean strength, because it means you can boil down a lot of moments into simplified ability score checks, rather than having to look up whether the player did X on some day in Y past. Narrative decision trees get ridiculous, and they only get worse over time. But by breaking things down by looking at the basic character sheet and saying, "These numbers represent the player's history", you can build vignettes that don't care about as many of the details. It does however mean you have to really define the scope of the character and the kind of story or journey is being embarked upon. A lot
I think with this game, it'd probably be best if it focused on at most 5 personality axis, exploring maybe 2-3 of them in any mission. It'd probably be something like, affability, naivety, exhibition... etc. If the player makes the skill checks for it, then they qualify, else accept fail/skip. Met the challenge? Get rewarded with stat points along that axis. That's still a lot of branching paths, that's still a lot of writing, and it's a ton of writing that might not make sense immediately given historical context. But that's the nature of writing scenes for a game.
Even with all that, I think the latest update with the very straight forward story progression has been a step in the right direction. I think the biggest road block for the game has been that it kept going around in a loop refining parts rather than drawing a bead through. My recommendation is that he probably works backwards, writing some end situations and then starts drawing dots to get there. If the agent is going to be humiliated by her agency tragically as her career sunsets or run a 'turn turn turn' to become a double agent or just to have that Bond happy ending as the sun rises on the ocean, write a loose scenario and let everything else kind of lead towards that. They don't have to be released, but it definitely makes the writing a lot easier having them to reference.

The problem with crushstation and many other devs here is that, while their content has quality, it suffers in quantity and delay. Its like going to a restaurant while starving and ordering a steak, but instead of a full steak or any substantial piece of steak they give you a tiny sliver of steak every 24 hrs. Im sure some here will want to nitpick on the ordering a steak part but those who are rational will get the idea.

It's a browser game. Icon is html file of whatever your default browser is.

Yes, we reached Bangkok, however everything else is gone now.
Well, not really gone, but not connected. Basically the current version isn't really a coherent game, but rather a series of isolated scenes that don't affect each other. The writing is still pretty good for a porn game, just don't expect a game, it's basically a novel (and not a very sexy one, but that's just my personal opinion) with a slightly customizable avatar.

I disagree about the game not being coherent; it is extremely coherent. Perhaps even too much, as it limits choices and replayability. The idea of introducing side quests is, if I understand correctly, to bring in more customization and choice in approach.
