In my experience, all Discords turn into weird cults over time as you either don't care enough to post or you do care and live in fear that the person in charge will kick you off for being disrespectful. Has anyone *ever* seen a screenshot of a discord where a dev has gone 'Sorry I have been quiet for three months' and someone has told them to buck up their ideas and pull their finger out?
I mean, the FA discord has been almost exclusively people calling them out since the pre-Christmas announcement.

Just a thought: If Crush had died at the end of 2022, neither his productive output nor his Patreon revenue would have changed compared to what actually happened. I mean, if his patrons are willing to pay in the hope of him miraculously putting something out, why wouldn't they pay in the hope of him miraculously coming back from the grave? One is as likely as the other.

not going to lie, the best thing on this shitshow, is that lead me to Ao3... since FA, is basically a book, there is no difference them read things on Ao3

Yeah, that's the whole schtick - a competent (dare I say brilliant) smut writer sucked us all in, only to claim he's spending 99% of his time and energy "working™" on game engine issues. Because it's going to be hawt af, you'll cream seeing the new hairstyles and doll options.
Still waiting for the first book in the Crush cinematic universe, but it's stuck at the prologue. If he's ever truly ready to finish this, he should leverage on the many better developers and stick to writing the story. One of these days, he might discover there are already plenty of engines like RPGM and Renpy (next reboot idea!).
But like any good project manager knows; focus on your weaknesses, it really gets the project moving along.

The previous "lifepath" version of the game version (1.11) where you start play as 00.7 Baby Jane Bond is still freely available at

Technically, all the code and assets from that are still in the latest version (1.20.1) but the game advanced to the main mission in Thailand after getting bogged down in the lifepath. The next update(s) goes back to improving the lifepath.
