I have, its a gag. It's a spoof, but it IS really funny. MC has to save his friends who are being dominated (basically just strapped down and in bondage gear)...its not really femdom, the whole thing is more of a parody, but that's par the course for the game in general. They don't take anything really seriously, so its all fair in my opinion

Edit: yeah, okay you haven't played any of it...just watch like...the opening tutorial of saints row IV, and you'll understand the whole tone of the game. Its very tongue in cheek

I'm really trying to like heavy five, I enjoy the story and all the girls EXCEPT...the domme. Shes not even bad or badly written or anything, just design-wise (I'm shallow...I know this...) If they swapped her and the girl that's the engineer, I'd be all over completely set and sold without even glancing at the other routes

Quick question for those that played Shattered: I've had it for ages but I keep putting it off because no matter how I look at it, its just going to become more gay.

What I like about Shattered is that the dialogue is so smart and exceedingly funny all the time that it makes believable all those insane dodges the character can make. I.e., you're a slave, but you make use of logic, and it just "clicks" (hello, Athene). Avoiding gay is some of the best gameplay loops around, very heterosexual. But maybe it ends later on. No king rules forever.

People are literally bitching because she told them to do what they wanted to do anyway, but are pissed cus she said to do it instead of taking the initiative.

Femdom gamers are the most oppressed minority. But where is all this macho culture IRL, in politics? Even the imageboards are full feminist, but when it's femdom games, they all start crawling out. (Unless it's /d/, /h/ and /aco/.) Your quote is so spot-on, this attitude is endemic.

All “gay stuff” (and by that I assume sex or intimate relationship with men in general) is 100% avoidable. Neither Melinda nor any other female route character will force Blake to have sex with a guy, and it will stay this way.

But she did! Iris got her route several updates ago. However, she won’t dominate Blake despite acknowledging their previous friendship. She’s my “vanilla” option for those who want be 100% straight without even so little as pegging. ...so in all honesty, thats where I kinda put Heavy Five to the side, I need to finish playing it. I mentioned before I'm a hedonist, while I think chastity is fine in small doses/as a legit punishment, long term chastity scares the bejeezus out of me. I can totally understand being denied sex for...well ever really if they wanted. Take away my ability to masturbate though, and I'd probably go crazy after 5 days ^_^;;

Really understandable point of view but as far as Karlsson's Gambit goes...It's really not the way it seems, that said, I think it'd really piss you off for a long time. The Story is planned out quite a ways ahead though and things do change significantly based on how you conduct yourself. Unfortunately as a submissive, your main method to get ahead is to suck up to the right people and eventually get elevated by ingratiating yourself to your betters.

However, the story is really not that simple. Although it might be uncomfortable, I will encourage you to maybe return to it around...I think about .8 is when things should really be coming together and clear. The story is quite good, but it'd mean going through some unpleasant things along the way.

Anyway, I mean, we all have our likes and dislikes, I just thought I'd let you know if you might ever consider giving it a second chance. That does remind me though, I need to DM you soon about the characters
