I got stuck on 1st villaige (collect 6 Energetic Agents), but the last missing Viagra was in Armour shopon the desk next to shopkeeper.

You will climb a vine down and proceed down.

Good but kind of short game; shame it still has less than 100 purchases on DL Site, but hopefully this can give it some exposure; I love the artists' work.
