I only know three facts about three reputations:
Ronda: At max, you have an extra scene
Skullgirls: The less reputation, the higher the spawn rate
April's: At max rep you can choose what kind of work you want to do
There are also a few dialog slight differences. I think some of the reputations are there bit there is no implementation yet, like the teacher's rep. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Reputation is a very fresh addittion, so it doesn't change so much yet. But in future all possible mistresses should have one, and you will have to improve rep with her to have opportunity to become her slave , like Ronda now, others are like you person I just met wanna be my slave? (Although I think this fits to Elsa).
not publicly available, it's on patreon right now. She might be making the 1.97 version available to us parasites soon? Not sure of the process.

Here you go, queen's words, but yeah because we parasites got 1.94 I think it would be better if Salia after this 2.1/2.2 (adding police station) would spread around joy with public 2.0, leaving 1.97 for now, but it is up to her decision what and when she publishes for free in the end. I am thinking about supporting her in near future, can't do it just yet.

It's on the on the patreon at the date it was stated to be, i doubt the free version is a priority. Just chill and play another game for a while if you can't afford a patreon or are taking a wait and see aproach. it'll probably be better some additional updates anyways.
I'm always down for piracy, specially with games/movies/software from millionare companies. But I honestly think, at least for this particular update, those 6 bucks are worth paying it, the dev added much new content (considering his staff), and works constantly on discord, giving feedback and fixing bugs.
Some might think it's "just porn", and "why pay for it when you can get it for free". Keep in mind that by doing that, you are making a person (NOT a millionare company) work for your amusement for free.
If you think 6 bucks is too much, just think about what do you spend in a pizza or in fast food, and the ammount of time and pleasure it gives you.
You don't even need a subscription to download the last version, you can just subscribe and unsubscribe (it's what I do) so you only pay once. Then if the next update comes in three months, you can do the same. This way you ecourage the dev to be more active by rewarding him instead of blindly keeping a subscription up, and you get content more often.
And I am saying all this AFTER playing 2.01 and reviewing all new content, and I can confirm that, at least for me, who loves extreme femdom content, is totally worth the money.

We germans are easy to spot. Just look at the typos we make. We tend to write "object" words in capital letters.

Just to make sure, someone will be sharing the latest version right? It's not my choice to be unable to afford this, it is frustrating to have to wait for a share, but as far as I can tell the latest free version isn't that different from the version posted in this thread. Also, this is just my opinion but I want to make a point that it is easy to judge people as selfish, but I don't think these forums are a place for that. After all, this is a rather good example of a piracy site.
Yes, this is a piracy site. However, it isn't an e-begging site. If you can't support the dev, there is zero guarantee you'll get the early uploads. You just have to wait. Even if it never gets leaked, the dev is gonna release 2.0 to the public later anyways.

nope. ver 2.0's main additions were generic students populate the university (so reputation is no longer useless), reworked The Field (the path leading to the castle), and Kelly (whip girl)'s enslavement (but it's totally bugged and untouchable right now). oh, and the first boss of the game.

Whats the difference between 1.97 and 1.94. I actually can't find anything other than a teacher in the hallway upstairs and she only has a single text dialogue.
