That menu, for a time, would come up anytime you would interact with any of the girls. The dev may bring it back once she gets other things in line. I can't say.

It was removed in 2.0, and in some future the fight system should be a little revamped

alt+enter - This works for a lot of programs. For others F11 toggles it.
The ordinary goblins are stupidly easy to beat. Just punch them when they drop their guard.
The Goblin leader is a lot harder as she has that long range homing hammer lunge attack that is pretty much unblockable and very hard to dodge. Once she gets into melee range, she becomes easier as you can hit her in between her attacks.
