How to get the scene with the 2 guys as seen in the screenshot ?

It depends on which ones you're talking about there since there are a number of them.
Some are from the porn studio which are random events and the others are from the blackmailed scenes.
Porn studio is pretty much self explanatory, the blackmail comes from working at the barbar shop, making friends with her friends there, blackmailing one of them, and then start working as a prostitute and getting blackmailed yourself.

some notes:
-id asign some buttons to all choosable options(to push buttons instead of cliks) . lots of LMB-clicks when jerking or grocery shop or when waiting to be picked by clients (in sex massage parlor for example. *also that premise lacks exit/escape button so i use emergency button . also there my right side menu got turn off)
-cannot see underwear i bought. *managed to see, perhaps after full undressing (though blacktongs worked without it)
-could not escape teeth brushing frame, looks like it happend caz previously i opened chacter stats menu . so i used emergency button
-i think adding 2nd work shift for grocery and hairdresser jobs would not hurt.
-status shows anus hurt, cream is non-applicable (it was until it wasnot) so it seems no way to remove that status. will try to tweak anal pain to 0. helped. so id suggest hurt removal cheat button. and stains removal i had a water but it didnot work. so i just took other cloth
-how to get glory hol gigs. troubling to start there at 8. like befor 8 there isno option. and after it is taken alreeady . (managed to get there on first minutes past 8, lots of click-grind/spam though)
also wheen trying to sleep in the car but time is added weirdly, with some significant extra.

Errors in the game happen, the developer tries to fix them in the next version of the game, or releases small patches that remove them.

Gloryhole - This is a random event, either the cabin is free or not. You can always save the game before going in there and see if you will enter, if not then LOAD GAme again

The first salon needs a level of 75
For the second one, it's 25, but as as soon I reach 25, no possible work to increase my level, juste the opportunity to rent the salon.

Hello, it's impossible to work as hairdresser.

For the second one, it's 25, but as as soon I reach 25, no possible work to increase my level, juste the opportunity to rent the salon.

You have to train to 25 and work at the salon that requires 25. Each day you work there, you will gain a point of experience in hair dressing.
This is the part that makes everyone think it's impossible, even me at first.
If you lease the empty salon for any length of time, you will no longer be able to progress your hair dressing skills for the rest of the game and you will lose this entire quest line.

You have plenty of choices. If you have the money to lease the salon, you have enough money to not mess with it at all until you get 75 in hair dressing.

It does still work mostly, but the normal interface you see in the last version looks messed up some. A few of the features don't work right, and some are not there anymore.

I've been playing with an old save and I see what you're talking about now. Since the new update, it's not just affecting it after leasing the new salon, it's all the time. Although the issue started in the previous update, it got worse.
Atleast the game dev knows about it already. You could use the cheat if needed for the money, but I guess new games are kinda screwed on that whole quest line until the issue is fixed, hopefully the next update.

Sorry I misunderstood the issue and didn't realize it until I started a whole new game.
