If you're new to this game, which download are you meant to use?
Better question, how come this isn't in a better engine like Ren'py or something? The current UI is a bit archaic and I imagine many just skip it once they open it up.
You have to download them all.
0.52 is the game, rest are just individual updates. Must update from 0.52 to 0.6 to 0.7 to 0.8

I am not quite sure what the 0.8 version exactly is, but it's definitely NOT an update like 0.6 and 0.7. I haven't played it yet, but checked the folder and it contains pretty much all the previous content plus some very basic animations and minus some customisation (hair colour etc.). It feels more like a remake of the previous versions. It also says it's standalone in the OP.
Edit: An official changelog to clear things up would be nice, but imo you only have to download 0.8 and don't require any previous versions.

Well, i kind of downloaded it today and it seems the full game.
The other seem more like previous versions.
I like the tags, but there were no animations before 0.8 right? And now they starting to add them? In this case I would wait for further updates.

So i delved a little more into the game.
I think its a great game. Different than Py games but never ending in a sense. Which is great.
There are at least two things, i wished that were included. Perhaps maybe some day in the future?
Like breast enhancements, Botox.
Or forced prostitution, like when you are on dope.
MC looks like Maria from Fashion Business. Not sure if she is really the same, though she looks like it.
In any case, this is a great sandbox game with lots of options. Yeah, not everyone cup of tea as for UI but on the other hand, easy on the computer.
I like it and i appreciate the renders. Makes so much better than seeing porn images.

p.s. have to figure out which file is the tarzan cry. Have to replace it with some silent file.
Oh and some grammar errors. Not sure if i can edit myself and forwarded it to the author. (research)

So I was reading the 0.8 changelog, did the developer say why so many customizations and micro managements were removed?
Why can't we get an all-in-one with everything already merged? I'm borderline illiterate with this kind of stuff, and figuring out what goes where with no real instructions.
Also, can we get the compressed on some site other than PixelDrain. It used to be the best alternative to Nopy when it was around, but then they put that subscription-based speed limit on everything not too long after Nopy died, and now it's just as slow as the other non-Mega/Mediafire hosts for us freeloaders

literally the most confusing game I have ever played. Spent way to long trying to figure out how to do basic shit LIKE SLEEP. Sorry thought this game would be fun but I guess I am to stupid to play it. Oh and dont lilsten to people the changelog is not a guide or a walkthrough hardly has any useful info on how to unlock different things
Way to hard to figure out how to sleep? Seriously. You rent an apartment, go into the hostel, or go into the abandoned building and it literally say bedroom, hallway, or bathroom right. So where do you sleep, in the hallway or bathroom?
You go into the bedroom and it say SLEEP. Hmmmm, I wonder what that button could be for?
As far as you needing a walkthrough because there is no useful information to unlock things, seriously? I know it's a stretch to ask you to actually read what is written in a text based game and all, but everything that has a requirement is listed plainly in each.
I will agree that knowing where different places are is confusing at first because there isn't really a map, but that's why you explore. And to be fair about that one, on the very first page after exiting the train station, there is this big I on the list of places that says "Information" that tells of several of the places you need to visit and which part of town they are in.
I'm sorry you don't like the game because you either can't or too lazy to read. I'm sure there are many linear Visual Novels on this site you will like so you can just watch the pictures. Good luck with that.
I played the way earlier version months ago, besides the awful English it was pretty fun, it's kinda clear that the dev had done his best to translate it themselves. He/she/they are clearly from an eastern European country, wonder which. If the English is as bad as it was, I might consider volunteering as a translator, if it is infact Russian.
I got only one question, does the pregnancy feature go anywhere? In the earlier version, I legit skipped an entire year under pregnancy and no birth no nothing. Has that changed?

I'm betting loads of missing images and black boxes popping up over lots of the screen - i'm using the v0.8 standalone
I don't think I like this 0.8 Standalone version. I can get used to the visual changes like the wierd font, icons, and such but a number of things just kill it for me.
Some of the more tedious things were taken out and although annoying events were necessary. Each one of them added or subracted from your attractiveness score in some way. Now that they have all been removed, so to was the bonuses added by them. The best I've gotten so far, since all the grooming, clothing, and jewelry bonsuses are not there, is 70 with the slut outfit (only 5 with Jeans,short violet dress 60, leggings 50). And why was shaving legs and armpits removed, but shaving pussy is still there?
Hair salons are now useless, except to work there. Always hated working there except to unlock Olysa's quest chain, then quit, so no big loss for me there.
A number of images are missing for clothing, swimsuits and dark thong.
All lingerie removed except the black stocking set, dark thong, and panties and bra. The stocking set only looks good with the porn star secretary outfit, and the other 2 offer no benefits, so just go commando instead right.
Opened bag, was looking at what each icon did since they are new with no description, and it got stuck there. Clicked back and nothing happened except time advanced by a few minutes each time I clicked back (seriously why does it take several minutes to close your handbag). This did only happen one time out of the 5 times I tested it, so it's possible I glitched it by clicking an icon on the left while in bag.
The sound from the sex scenes do not always stop when sex is over. Was working the streets, got a client, ended scene, took shower, exited sauna, back to prostitutes area, and the sound was still playing while I was looking for a client for quite some time.
Went to casting in city center, denied, cried and ran away. Ok that's a new one. Without any bonuses from all the stuff removed, your attractiveness in panties and bra is only 35, so there's goes the modelling, escort, and porn star careers.
Haven't checked everything, and quite frankly I'm not going to because I can't do anymore of this version, but I think I'll delete this one and go back to playing the previous version.
I still like the game and as always, I appreciate the hard and timely work on this game. I have enjoyed it up until this release.
