yea especially that rex model looks like the primal carnage rex, and i have never played it myself, i've seen enough videos about primal carnage to recognize it,

There is nothing to "play" yet afaik. Just a bunch of models you can look at and that's it.
You can get by without vr, there are normal mouse/keyboard controls. They suck, but they do work.
One common misconception is that Main Game "button" is not a button. You can't click it. You only have option to go into gallery or the sandbox side.
Exactly, reptiles, especially dinosaurs, were cold blooded, so they had internal testicles. These do not look like reptilian sex organs. It matters because they went for a super-realistic art style that promises YOU CAN BE A REAL DINO, but why not give the player REAL DINO EQUIPMENT? Don't half-ass realism, in my opinion.
Those don't particularly correlate. Birds - AKA extant dinos - are assuredly "warm-blooded" (indeed they have some of the highest average body temperatures of extant animals) and have all of their equipement internal, ditto the mammalian whales for ex. Just takes some creative circulatory plumbing and other thermoregulatory measures to avoid issues with overcooked spunk.

how is this played ? i mean, you take role of dinos or you keep your own role.
basically, its first person view from dino ? or you just watch them coppulate (if you not participate) ?

Idk if I have the wrong version but I have download it but can't play the main game only the other versions on the right side from the menu. And idk how I can interact with them or be one of them who I can play. Idk which controls or so

Yeah, welcome to one of the shitty features of Unity
The other is that they always take controller input over mouse+kb, so if you have a joystick you'll be spinning on the spot constantly.
