So they fucked up the ending of the story? I skipped a few updates and now got spoiled about lydia and not sure if i want to play...does she only have 1 sex scene entire game?

Nah, you can choose LOVE path with Lydia. Personally I choose the NTR path since Lydia since I don't like her and I found few other girls much more interesting. Very good we have a choice

I have the first two weeks from Steam also. I was able to continue with week 3 with no problem.

At some point (don't remember when exactly) you can tell Min to turn it down a notch.
And yeah, gameplay wise (unless you choose a completely Min free route which comes at the cost of less content) you probably should keep it in, it is worth quite a bit of points.

There is no "better" as such. It will depend on your kinks, your attitude towards Lydia and the other girls, and your general ideas about storytelling since both paths have in the deciding scene so far very different aspects (NTR gets pretty outlandish while LC is way more tame - talking about the story development mostly, not so much sexual content).
As for endings, there will be multiple, probably on both parts, but we don't know most of them - some already exist since you can run off with certain girls. On the NTR path there already is one with Lydia but so far it is only a choice, the ending itself is not there yet but will most probably feature a dom Lydia and sub MC. On the LC IIRC there are no endings yet at all.
I do not know, so this is my personal guesswork, but I consider a full harem ending extremely unlikely, no matter the path. Most probably you will have a maximum of three others included. But again, that's just me guessing.

Yeah, the extended version has some extra content (scenes/characters) as well as audio if that's your thing, but lags a few releases behind the "standard" version. I never play with sound so couldn't tell you about the music.Sorry for being a dummy - but I am new...

Downloaded the normal version but no sound or anything--kind of boring. When i attepted to download the extended version the sites given to download where blocked as unsafe-any suggestions?

they are safe tho if you dont have any adblocker , ublock origin , they do tend to drop spams at you, they are shit as low speed thats for sure
normal version never had sounds as sound effects, extended do
you can always also grab compressed if rest of the links dont work, got usable links there, or search the site for when update came you might find some working links there too
