I think the gargantuan “horse cock” thing is absolutely ridiculous. It honestly ruins a game for me. I’ve passed on many interesting looking titles because of horse cocks or planetsized tits. I’m not trying to kink shame people who like that look, but as for me I didn’t see the appeal.
I grateful that DAZ characters are becoming more and more realistic looking. I play these games not to escape reality and enter a realm of intense fiction but rather to enjoy the fantasy of sex with someone I may never have a chance to fuck in real life.
Especially now that imbuing a character with age is possible without them looking like a busted pack of hot dogs.

- MC 'package' works well, so long as he's taken to the root. Half-effort penetrations are off-putting. Can make it exciting with a progression over scenes, but needs to go to the hilt in all situations.

Of all the games I have followed and played there are a few where they have it where the MC isn't hung like a horse.
The Promise where we have the MC as a middle aged man with his wife and adopted daughter for example has him at a completely normal size. Then there is more recent game to me called Life with Mary where the MC while considered large isn't overly large to the point where it would be considered a horse shlong either.
Heck both of these games have just about all the proportions on both ends normal and what they consider "large" still seems normal.
As for your personal tastes of not liking MC's with Horse cocks I won't fault you for not liking it. No one can please everyone and personally my dislike when it comes to these types of games fall more within the story. While I am open for almost anything when I start seeing lacks of consistency or a storyline that is so extremely insane I just close the game and leave it to the wasteland even if everything else is perfect in my eyes. Call me a story snob but for me I put Story over Porn.
To those who don't like the way the patch work just open the file in your workpad or Notepad++ & delete the unwanted words/letters -> save -> restart the game & enjoy, why do you complain about really ?.... pfuuu the kids these days...
