if you are getting an error 11 then you will need a patched exe

How much NTR is there?

Very little iirc. (You can choose to disable it in the settings at the start if you wish.) Unless you consider the bunker companions fooling around without you to be NTR. There's a feat that makes you the center of attention and disables any sex between bunker NPCs without you. It can also be selected from the start of a new game iirc.

Sorry for asking again so much later but I was kinda busy. Where I can get the most recent guide to do it? I remember that i saw at least 2 and not sure if even one of them was up to date.

Ive played it a couple times, somewhat got it. But I would prefer a bit of a tutorial on how to do it properly with whatever you guys run it on.

They're 2 very different games that share themes and setting. The multiplayer game is a MUCK, (think text based MMORPG) and the single player game is made in Inform 7. SP has pictures, MP does not. There are some mutations/infections (aka forms) that SP has but MP does not, and vice versa. But they share some forms, too. SP and MP don't really share any named NPCs except for one, but she's not sexable in MP iirc.

You don't have to do erotic role play in the multiplayer game if you don't want to. That might sound like an oxymoron, but it's true.
Plenty of non-erotic group RP plots arise and develop in the game. The setting manages to lend itself well to sexual and non-sexual plots imo. But if you don't like doing any kind of role playing or aren't interested in trying, I can't imagine enjoying MP all that much.

MP is still being developed, yes. MUCKs are a very niche type of game so the MP community has never been enormous, but it definitely still has one.
