I don't think that's how it works. The first number after the second decimal decides that which is 0.1.3

Look at the change log. Every version after 0.1.0 has just been a bug fix or a feature change. Which means this dev uses the secondary numbers as modifiers of that version.

The next one will be 0.2.0 and above.

I wish the free roam content changed a bit more with the story level. It didn't really seem like it had much of an effect on the sandbox content.

So I take it the aim of the game is to limit the amount of moronic shit the MC does all the while suspending enough disbelief to believe anyone ... anyone at all ... would ever consider having sex with him.
