Copied from a response to one of the players: "Multiple women come with multiple choices. Sharing is currently not an option for the main women but I have plans for MFF stuff w/o romantic interests involved. No multiple wives planned now."

Simply put, Harem won't be there involving the main LIs. However, the other females MC has a fling with comes with the option to share. Netori will be there, Netorare I'm not a fan of.

Both of these can be completely avoided and skipped (if you made the wrong choices).
