Does the incest mod still work with the latest update? And is incest something original to the game or something modders added in themselves?

This game is kinda nice (4-/5) till the second part of the game.
After its 3 with --, at most. It's baggy as fuck, the corruption/purity options doesn't even appear, instead the game shows you both with heavily breaks the momentum, and the characters CONSTANTLY remember scenes and decisions, including dialogs, that were NOT in the game.
And moreover I couldn't complete the game, because after one of the MAIN mermaid quests the game decided, that I've seen enough content and didn't even allow me to take the second MAIN quest.

.Omg they took most annoying mechanics from previous versions and multiply by 1000. This stupid running in caves back and forth EVEN OCEAN IS A FUCKIN CAVE makes you wanna to close this game and never come back. But art is fairly good and make all this shit worth it. Its a shame that dev delete lots of good scenes from previous versions

Looks like you are the first time you play it just skip the time in the camp and the next day or so will appear quests
