The artwork and renders for this game are very good indeed.
The only problem is the character as written for the MC. He is an absolutely irritating with how dimly he responds to what is going on around him. I know sometimes things are done for dramatic effect, but its not making him compelling.

OK, I went ahead and attached a compiled list of typos/grammar-issues I found. I also wrote down the corresponding lines in the rpy-files, so you don't have to painstakingly search for them. Hope it helps.

Overall, very nice both in render and plot. One thing I will suggest is don't go overboard with the fantasizing, it can take away a bit from the canon sex.

I'd personally start changing the dialogue to landlady/roommate already and have a "fan" make a patch since you're still pretty fresh in releases and it's only your 2nd release.
