I would definetely be interested in actual pregnancy content. In many of these type of games it's usually limited to at best an end scene with pregnant sex, but more often is limited to a single image of the girls pregnant, not even always nude. As I've seen people ask for such content in other threads (especially ones that were incest-related), I'm prettty sure there's a decent demand for it. You're forgetting to take into account the people who don't want it. Who should the dev listen to? the answer? no one but themselves the dev decides what content they feel comfortable with adding as far as time spent and desire.

If they're willing to do that at the end it should be fine. One set of renders for those that do and one set for those that don't.

My patrons are owed news and communication since they're paying for it. These are the people who support my game with their cash. They are the reason I can continue working on it.

I didn't mean to imply that you owe me or anyone else anything, just that the way you reacted to another persons question, was in my opinion a bit rude and not the way a dev ought to communicate. There are many devs who do keep their non-paying fans apprised of new dates etc., while still giving supporters a premium through update reports and screenshots. Also my apologies I didn't mean to offend you, I meant to write not be a dick about it. As to not being able to support you, in my case it has nothing to do with my financial situation. It's just that I don't have a credit card and don't need one (other than for this).
I do really like your work and I hope you continue creating more content
